Ordering terms for Al-Wasay Mangoes
These terms explain how pre-orders, delivery windows, payments, and customer support work for our seasonal mango harvest.

Seasonal availability
Mango varieties are subject to harvest timing, weather, maturity, and quality checks. Dispatch windows are estimates and may shift to protect fruit quality.
Order confirmation
Online and WhatsApp requests are confirmed by our team before dispatch. Corporate quotes depend on quantity, selected varieties, branding needs, and delivery cities.
Delivery and payment
We use TCS or an available courier partner for nationwide delivery. Delivery charges and payment method are confirmed before dispatch unless already shown at checkout.
Quality support
If a parcel arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with photos so our team can review and resolve the issue fairly.
